Access Revocation for Federal Employees and Contractors

1. Identify your Federal employee population.
2. Find requests for modification or removal of access from this population’s accounts.
3. For each request, count the number of days from the request until fulfilment and total across all requests identified in Step 2.
4. Divide the total number of days counted in Step 3 by the number of requests identified in Step 2. Record this value for Metric 2.13
5. Identify your contractor population.
6. Find requests for modification or removal of access from this population’s accounts.
7. For each request, count the number of days from the request until fulfilment and total across all requests identified in Step 2.
8. Divide the total number of days counted in Step 3 by the number of requests identified in Step 2.
