Credential Revocation

1. Find requests for modification or removal of access from this population’s accounts.
2. For each request, count the number of days from the request until fulfilment and total across all requests identified in Step 2.
3. Divide the total number of days counted in Step 3 by the number of requests identified in Step 2. Record this number for Metric 2.15.
